Tomorrow is built Today
A creative workshop to help 9th and 10th graders understand who they are and make the right choice.
Who am I? What matters to me? How can I belong? What career to choose? How will I get there? The list of questions is very long and the answers never easy to find.
In this workshop we will help them get unstuck, identify their core values and what's truly important to them. They will be able to use them to make the right choice and move forward in their lives.
This experiential workshop will integrate the mind and body. Through a collage activity the participants will be guided in their individual process of self-inquiry to find and focus on their core values.

Parenting Workshops with Anne-Laure de Boisset (My Parenting Life)
Who is this teen living in my house? How can I reconnect with her/him?
Thursday March 2nd 10am-12:30pm Mountain View CA
You used to have a good relationship with your child and now that he has entered the “teenage world”, you don’t understand each other anymore (miscommunication, screen or video games, lack of motivation, laziness, mess, lack of sleep….), it is painful and you don’t know how to reconnect…
Parenting is not a rocket science it’s most of the time a roller coaster.
We’ll help you discover who is your teenager and how you can re-build a relationship with him. What are his challenges? What are his strengths? What is the best way to communicate with him?
Leadership Workshops for High Schoolers with Hao Bach-Thai LueckhoffTuition: $60
Identify your passion for a fulfilling career path
When: Saturday February 4th 9am-12:30pm
Where: Hao Expression 740 Sierra Vista Avenue, Unit G, Mountain View CA
Knowing your passion and nurturing it prepares you to become a leader. With so many career options available, your success at becoming an effective and fulfilled adult relies on knowing yourself and how you best fit with the world. As obvious as it sounds, you have to know what you love and why you love it.
1 - Identify your passions
What do you love? What's important for you? In this workshop you are invited to explore what you love, what you are good at and who you are (your values).
2 - Potential careers paths
Successful people have a good vision of who they want to become and what they want to achieve. You are invited to explore different possible careers paths based on your passions and values.
We’ll also look at how we can handle difficult situations with your teenagers to transform them from a “conflict trigger” to a “relationship builder”.
An adolescent brain is not an adult brain with fewer miles. Neuroscience has revealed that the teen years encompass vitally important stages of brain development. We will show how our interaction with them has an impact on the way they’ll handle their adult life.
