TEENAGERS AND ADULTS
I first heard about coaching when I arrived with my family in California.
My four kids were growing up and I knew that, at some point, I needed to find something for myself. I hired a coach to help me explore my choices. After a couple of months of working together, it became obvious that coaching was what I wanted to do. I took all my trainings in a short period of time and launched my company right away, in 2014. ​
I began to work with teenagers as well as adults in career transition or life transition.
I felt more and more connected with those teenagers who were struggling with their academics, who didn't have the tools to manage their stress, who were procrastinating, who were anxious about their future because they didn't have the grades to apply to Ivy League Colleges.
I felt more and more connected with those parents who were confused about their teens, who didn't have the resources, the tools and sometime the energy to help them navigate through this challenging time.
How to be clear on what's the best for our children, when we are scared about the future? This is what I witness every day.
I have 4 teens at home and I know from my experience that they won't listen to me! (Sigh!) because I am supposed to be wrong, because I am supposed to not understand, because I am supposed to be "So Yesterday!".
​I want to help them face those challenges, discover who they are, what they want, how they can make a difference in this world, understand they are unique and valuable, give them some tools to stay motivated and organized, cope with failures, manage their stress, communicate more effectively with their parents, stop procrastinate and be excited about their future. If parents suffer from bad relationships with their teens, teens also crave for more peace at home!
